The Department of Prehospital EMS at WCC offers many exciting and
challenging courses of study.  

Courses are offered on campus during the day, in the evening, and on the
weekends, as well as at several convenient extension sites around the
county.  Many courses are available during summer sessions as well as in
the fall and spring semesters.  In addition to credit courses leading to
associates degrees or certificates, WCC offers a full range of noncredit
courses to help students of all ages sharpen their skills and broaden their
interests.  

Westchester Community College is centrally located on 218 rolling, wooded
acres in Valhalla, New York.  Attractive contemporary and historical buildings
set among the trees house the library, computer and science laboratories,
classrooms, the theater, and arts, physical education, and administration
Facilities.

Westchester Community College is fully accredited and a member of the
Middles States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.  Its college
curricula are registered and approved by the New York State Education
Department, and the College is affiliated with the State University of New
York (SUNY).  WCC is sponsored locally by the county of Westchester.
